Understanding coworkers’ attitudes and beliefs regarding cancer and cancer survivors is crucial to providing further support to improve work-related outcomes following cancer.
However, most previous studies on cancer survivors’ work focused on the patients’ views and experiences, whereas only few studies have reported on the experience of coworkers. Therefore, this study examined coworkers’ attitudes toward cancer and cancer survivors and their experiences, including difficulties in working with cancer survivors.
